ل - الْوُضُوءُ خُرُوجًا مِنَ الْخِلاَفِ: ٢٤ - صَرَّحَ الْحَنَفِيَّةُ بِأَنَّهُ يُسْتَحَبُّ الْوُضُوءُ لِلْخُرُوجِ مِنْ خِلاَفِ سَائِرِ الْعُلَمَاءِ كَمَا إِذَا مَسَّ امْرَأَةً مُشْتَهَاةً غَيْرَ مُحَرَّمَةٍ، أَوْ فَرْجَهُ بِبَطْنِ كَفِّهِ لِتَكُونَ عِبَادَتُهُ صَحِيحَةً بِالاِتِّفَاقِ عَلَيْهَا اسْتِبْرَاءً لِدِينِهِ مِنَ الْقَوْل بِالإِْفْسَادِ (٢) .
