٣٩ - وَحُجَّةُ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ أَنَّ إِبَاحَةَ الْقَتْل لاَ دَلاَلَةَ فِيهَا عَلَى تَحْرِيمِ الأَْكْل لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {قُل لاَ أَجِدُ فِيمَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلَى طَاعِمٍ. . .} الآْيَةَ. وَمَعْلُومٌ أَنَّ الْغُرَابَ لَيْسَ فِي الآْيَةِ، فَيَكُونُ مُبَاحَ الأَْكْل.
