الرُّكْنُ الأَْوَّل: الصِّيغَةُ: ٩ - اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى أَنَّ الْوَقْفَ لاَ يَنْعَقِدُ إِلاَ بِالإِْيجَابِ، وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي اشْتِرَاطِ الْقَبُول لاِنْعِقَادِهِ.
