التَّيَامُنُ فِي حَلْقِ الرَّأْسِ: ٢٢ - يُسْتَحَبُّ التَّيَامُنُ فِي حَلْقِ الرَّأْسِ، فَيُقَدِّمُ الشِّقَّ الأَْيْمَنَ عَلَى الشِّقِّ الأَْيْسَرِ. وَلَكِنَّ الْفُقَهَاءَ اخْتَلَفُوا هَل الْعِبْرَةُ بِيَمِينِ الْمَحْلُوقِ أَوْ بِيَمِينِ الْحَالِقِ؟ وَالتَّفْصِيل فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (تَيَامُنٌ ف١٣) . التَّيَامُنُ فِي إِدَارَةِ الإِْنَاءِ:
