الأَْلْبِسَةُ الَّتِي تُجْزِئُ فِي النَّفَقَةِ الْوَاجِبَةِ: ٢٤ - يَجِبُ لِلزَّوْجَةِ وَالأَْوْلاَدِ وَالْوَالِدَيْنِ وَمَنْ تَجِبُ لَهُمُ النَّفَقَةُ كِسْوَةٌ مُقَدَّرَةٌ عَلَى حَسَبِ حَال مَنْ تَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ فِي ذَلِكَ يُنْظَرُ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (نَفَقَة) .
