أَرْكَانُ الاِلْتِزَامِ: ١٧ - رُكْنُ الاِلْتِزَامِ عِنْدَ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ هُوَ: الصِّيغَةُ فَقَطْ وَيُزَادُ عَلَيْهَا عِنْدَ غَيْرِهِمُ: الْمُلْتَزِمُ (بِكَسْرِ الزَّايِ) وَالْمُلْتَزَمُ لَهُ، وَالْمُلْتَزَمُ بِهِ، أَيْ مَحَل الاِلْتِزَامِ.
