سَادِسًا: صَلاَةُ الْمُسَافِرِ: ١٣ - مِمَّا يَنْقَضِي بِهِ حُكْمُ قَصْرِ الصَّلاَةِ لِلْمُسَافِرِ انْقِضَاءُ مُدَّةِ الإِْقَامَةِ الْمُبِيحَةِ لِلْقَصْرِ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ بَيْنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ فِي كَوْنِهَا أَرْبَعَةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ، وَكَذَلِكَ يَنْقَضِي بِنِيَّةِ الإِْتْمَامِ، وَبِدُخُول الْوَطَنِ، وَغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ (١) .
