الإِْعَارَةُ: ٦ - تَفْتَرِقُ الإِْجَارَةُ عَنْ الإِْعَارَةِ فِي أَنَّ الإِْجَارَةَ تَمْلِيكُ مَنْفَعَةٍ بِعِوَضٍ، وَأَنَّ الإِْعَارَةَ إِمَّا تَمْلِيكُ مَنْفَعَةٍ بِلاَ عِوَضٍ أَوْ إِبَاحَةُ مَنْفَعَةٍ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ بَيْنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ تَفْصِيلُهُ فِي مَوْطِنِهِ.
