إِهَانَةُ الْمُبْتَدِعِ: ٣٨ - صَرَّحَ الْعُلَمَاءُ بِجَوَازِ إِهَانَةِ الْمُبْتَدِعِ بِعَدَمِ الصَّلاَةِ خَلْفَهُ، أَوْ الصَّلاَةِ عَلَى جِنَازَتِهِ، وَكَذَلِكَ لاَ يُعَادُ إِذَا مَرِضَ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ فِي ذَلِكَ.
