ج - الدِّيَاتُ: الدِّيَةُ بَدَل النَّفْسِ: ٩ - وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى جَوَازِ الدِّيَةِ فِي: الإِْبِل وَالذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ، وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي الْخَيْل وَالْبَقَرِ وَالْغَنَمِ. وَلِلتَّفْصِيل يُنْظَرُ مُصْطَلَحُ (دِيَة) .
