تَأْخِيرُ الْمَهْرِ: ٢٦ - يَجِبُ الْمَهْرُ بِنَفْسِ عَقْدِ الزَّوَاجِ، وَيَجُوزُ تَأْخِيرُ الصَّدَاقِ كُلِّهِ أَوْ بَعْضِهِ عَنِ الدُّخُول (١) ، عَلَى خِلاَفٍ وَتَفْصِيلٍ يُنْظَرُ فِي (النِّكَاحُ) .
