تَجَاوُزُ الْقَدْرِ الْمُعْتَادِ فِي التَّأْدِيبِ: ١٠ - اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى مَنْعِ التَّأْدِيبِ بِقَصْدِ الإِْتْلاَفِ، وَعَلَى تَرَتُّبِ الْمَسْئُولِيَّةِ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، وَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي الْبُلُوغِ بِالتَّأْدِيبِ أَوِ التَّعْزِيرِ مَبْلَغَ الْحَدِّ. (١) وَتَفْصِيلُهُ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (تَعْزِيرٌ) .
