حُجِّيَّةُ الإِْجْمَاعِ: ٤ - الإِْجْمَاعُ حُجَّةٌ قَطْعِيَّةٌ عَلَى الصَّحِيحِ، وَإِنَّمَا يَكُونُ قَطْعِيًّا حَيْثُ اتَّفَقَ الْمُعْتَبِرُونَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ إِجْمَاعٌ، لاَ حَيْثُ اخْتَلَفُوا، كَمَا فِي الإِْجْمَاعِ السُّكُوتِيِّ وَمَا نَدَرَ مُخَالِفُهُ (١) .
