أ - تَسْمِيَةُ الْمَوْلُودِ: ٦ - ذَكَرَ ابْنُ عَرَفَةَ أَنَّ مُقْتَضَى الْقَوَاعِدِ وُجُوبُ التَّسْمِيَةِ، وَمِمَّا لاَ نِزَاعَ فِيهِ أَنَّ الأَْبَ أَوْلَى بِهَا مِنَ الأُْمِّ، فَإِنِ اخْتَلَفَ الأَْبَوَانِ فِي التَّسْمِيَةِ فَيُقَدَّمُ الأَْبُ. (٢)
