لُزُومُ عَقْدِ الْجِعَالَةِ بَعْدَ تَمَامِ الْعَمَل: ٢٥ - اتَّفَقَ الْقَائِلُونَ بِالْجِعَالَةِ عَلَى أَنَّ عَقْدَ الْجِعَالَةِ بَعْدَ تَمَامِ الْعَمَل يُصْبِحُ لاَزِمًا لأَِنَّهُ لاَ أَثَرَ يَتَرَتَّبُ عَلَى رُجُوعِ الْجَاعِل عَنِ الْعَقْدِ، أَوْ تَرْكِ الْعَامِل الْعَمَل حِينَئِذٍ؛ لأَِنَّ الْجُعْل قَدْ لَزِمَ وَاسْتَقَرَّ عَلَى الْجَاعِل.
