اتِّبَاعُ الْجِنَازَةِ بِمِبْخَرَةٍ أَوْ نَارٍ: ١٦ - اتَّفَقَ الْفُقَهَاءُ عَلَى أَنَّ الْجِنَازَةَ لاَ تُتْبَعُ بِنَارٍ فِي مِجْمَرَةٍ (مِبْخَرَةٍ) وَلاَ شَمْعٍ، وَفِي مَرَاقِي الْفَلاَحِ: لاَ تُتْبَعُ الْجِنَازَةُ بِصَوْتٍ وَلاَ نَارٍ، وَيُكْرَهُ تَجْمِيرُ الْقَبْرِ.
