جِمَاعُ الصَّائِمِ فِي رَمَضَانَ جَاهِلاً بِالتَّحْرِيمِ: ٢١ - لاَ كَفَّارَةَ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ الْجَاهِل بِتَحْرِيمِ الْجِمَاعِ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ إِذَا جَامَعَ (٢) عَلَى خِلاَفٍ بَيْنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ. وَتَفْصِيلُهُ فِي مُصْطَلَحِ (صَوْمٌ، كَفَّارَةٌ) .
