هـ - الْحَبْسُ لِلاِخْتِلاَسِ مِنْ بَيْتِ مَال الْمُسْلِمِينَ: ٧٧ - ذَهَبَ بَعْضُ الصَّحَابَةِ إِلَى حَبْسِ مَنِ اخْتَلَسَ مِنْ بَيْتِ الْمَال، وَحُكِيَ ذَلِكَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مَعَ مَعْنِ بْنِ زَائِدَةَ (٢) .
