١١٧١ - مَسْأَلَةٌ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَبِيعَ هَذَا الشَّيْءَ بِدِينَارٍ فَبَاعَهُ بِدِينَارٍ غَيْرَ فَلْسٍ فَأَكْثَرَ، أَوْ بِدِينَارٍ وَفَلْسٍ فَصَاعِدًا لَمْ يَحْنَثْ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى فِي ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ بَائِعًا لَهُ بِدِينَارٍ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ حَلَفَ لَيَقْضِيَنَّ غَرِيمَهُ حَقَّهُ رَأْسَ الْهِلَالِ]
