١١٨٦ - مَسْأَلَةٌ وَيُجْزِئُ كِسْوَةُ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ وَإِطْعَامُهُمْ إذَا كَانُوا مَسَاكِينَ، بِخِلَافِ الزَّكَاةِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَأْتِ هَهُنَا نَصٌّ بِتَخْصِيصِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ. وَقَدْ جَاءَ النَّصُّ فِي الزَّكَاةِ: أَنْ تُؤْخَذَ مِنْ أَغْنِيَاءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَتُرَدُّ فِي فُقَرَائِهِمْ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ الصَّوْم الْمُتَفَرِّقُ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ]
