١٣٠٥ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَلَا تَجُوزُ الْإِجَارَةُ عَلَى النَّوْحِ، وَلَا عَلَى الْكِهَانَةِ؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا مَعْصِيَتَانِ مَنْهِيٌّ عَنْهُمَا لَا يَحِلُّ فِعْلُهُمَا وَلَا الْعَوْنُ عَلَيْهِمَا فَالْإِجَارَةُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، أَوْ الْعَطَاءُ عَلَيْهِ مَعْصِيَةٌ، وَتَعَاوُنٌ عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ.
