١٣٨ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَالصُّوفُ وَالْوَبَرُ وَالْقَرْنُ وَالسِّنُّ يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ حَيٍّ فَهُوَ طَاهِرٌ وَلَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ. بُرْهَانُ ذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْحَيَّ طَاهِرٌ وَبَعْضُ الطَّاهِرِ طَاهِرٌ، وَالْحَيُّ لَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ، وَبَعْضُ مَا لَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ لَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُهُ.
