١٣١١ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَجَائِزٌ أَنْ يُسْتَأْجَرَ الطَّبِيبُ لِخِدْمَةِ أَيَّامٍ مَعْلُومَةٍ، لِأَنَّهُ عَمَلٌ مَحْدُودٌ فَإِنْ أُعْطِيَ شَيْئًا عِنْدَ الْبُرْءِ بِغَيْرِ شَرْطٍ فَحَلَالٌ، لِأَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِأَخْذِ مَا أُعْطِي الْمَرْءُ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ الْإِجَارَةُ عَلَى حَفْرِ بِئْرٍ]
