١٣٨٦ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَكُلُّ مَا وُجِدَ مَعَ اللَّقِيطِ مِنْ مَالٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّ الصَّغِيرَ يَمْلِكُ، وَكُلُّ مَنْ يَمْلِكُ فَكُلُّ مَا كَانَ بِيَدِهِ فَهُوَ لَهُ، وَيُنْفِقُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ [مَسْأَلَةٌ ادَّعَى أَنَّ اللَّقِيطَ ابْنُهُ]
