١٤٠٠ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَلَا يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُدْفَعَ إلَى مَنْ لَمْ يَبْلُغْ شَيْءٌ مِنْ مَالِهِ، وَلَا نَفَقَةُ يَوْمٍ - فَضْلًا عَنْ ذَلِكَ - إلَّا مَا يَأْكُلُ فِي وَقْتِهِ، وَمَا يَلْبَسُ لِطَرْدِ الْحَرِّ وَالْبَرْدِ مِنْ لِبَاسِ مِثْلِهِ، وَيُوَسَّعُ عَلَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ ذَلِكَ.
