١٥٥ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَكُلُّ مَاءٍ اُعْتُصِرَ مِنْ شَجَرٍ، كَمَاءِ الْوَرْدِ وَغَيْرِهِ، فَلَا يَحِلُّ الْوُضُوءُ بِهِ لِلصَّلَاةِ، وَلَا الْغُسْلُ بِهِ لِشَيْءٍ مِنْ الْفَرَائِضِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مَاءً، وَلَا طَهَارَةَ إلَّا بِالْمَاءِ وَالتُّرَابِ أَوْ الصَّعِيدِ عِنْدَ عَدَمِهِ.
