١٦٢ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: فَهَذِهِ الْوُجُوهُ تَنْقُضُ الْوُضُوءَ عَمْدًا كَانَ أَوْ نِسْيَانًا أَوْ بِغَلَبَةٍ، وَهَذَا إجْمَاعٌ إلَّا مَا ذَكَرْنَا مِمَّا فِيهِ الْخِلَافُ، وَقَامَ الْبُرْهَانُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ عَلَى مَا ذَكَرْنَا. وَبِاَللَّهِ تَعَالَى التَّوْفِيقُ.
