١٥٧٦ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: فَإِنْ مَاتَ الَّذِي يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الرَّدُّ كَانَ لِوَاجِدِ الْعَيْبِ أَنْ يَرُدَّ الْمَعِيبَ عَلَى الْوَرَثَةِ؛ لِأَنَّ لَهُ الرِّضَا أَوْ الرَّدَّ، فَلَا يُبْطِلُهُ مَوْتُ الْغَابِنِ، وَبِاَللَّهِ - تَعَالَى - التَّوْفِيقُ. [مَسْأَلَة الْعَيْبُ الَّذِي يَجِبُ بِهِ الرَّدُّ]
