١٧١٤ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَالْأُمُّ مَعَ الْوَلَدِ الذَّكَرِ أَوْ الْأُنْثَى، أَوْ ابْنِ الِابْنِ، أَوْ بِنْتِ الِابْنِ - وَإِنْ سَفَلَ: السُّدُسُ فَقَطْ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَصُّ الْقُرْآنِ، كَمَا ذَكَرْنَا آنِفًا - وَبِاَللَّهِ تَعَالَى التَّوْفِيقُ.
