١٩٧٠ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَمَنْ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ كَرَّرَ طَلَاقَهَا لِكُلِّ مَنْ لَقِيَهُ مُشْهِدًا أَوْ مُخْبِرًا: فَهُوَ طَلَاقٌ وَاحِدٌ، لَا يَلْزَمُهُ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ - وَهَذَا مَا لَا خِلَافَ فِيهِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَنْوِ بِذَلِكَ طَلَاقًا آخَرَ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ أَيْقَنَتْ امْرَأَتُهُ أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا]
