٢٣٨ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي رَحْلِهِ مَاءٌ فَنَسِيَهُ فَتَيَمَّمَ وَصَلَّى فَصَلَاتُهُ تَامَّةٌ، لِأَنَّ النَّاسِيَ غَيْرُ وَاجِدٍ لِلْمَاءِ. وَبِاَللَّهِ تَعَالَى التَّوْفِيقُ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ كَانَ فِي الْبَحْرِ وَالسَّفِينَةُ تَجْرِي وَأَرَادَ الصَّلَاة]
