٦١٠ - مَسْأَلَةٌ وَيُصَلَّى عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ الْغَائِبِ بِإِمَامٍ وَجَمَاعَةٍ. قَدْ «صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَلَى النَّجَاشِيِّ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ - وَمَاتَ بِأَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ - وَصَلَّى مَعَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ عَلَيْهِ صُفُوفًا» ، وَهَذَا إجْمَاعٌ مِنْهُمْ لَا يَجُوزُ تَعَدِّيهِ؟ [مَسْأَلَةٌ يُصَلَّى عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ بَرٍّ أَوْ فَاجِرٍ]
