٧١٥ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَالزَّكَاةُ لِلْفِطْرِ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَى الْمَجْنُونِ إنْ كَانَ لَهُ مَالٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ ذَكَرٌ أَوْ أُنْثَى، حُرٌّ أَوْ عَبْدٌ، صَغِيرٌ أَوْ كَبِيرٌ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَأَخَذَ مِنْ زَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ فَفَضَلَ لَهُ مَا يُعْطِي فِي زَكَاةِ الْفِطْرِ]
