٨٤٣ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَلَا يَجُوزُ التَّبَاعُدُ عَنْ الْبَيْتِ عِنْدَ الطَّوَافِ إلَّا فِي الزِّحَامِ؛ لِأَنَّ التَّبَاعُدَ عَنْهُ عَمَلٌ بِخِلَافِ فِعْلِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَعَبَثٌ لَا مَعْنَى لَهُ فَلَا يَجُوزُ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ جَائِزٌ فِي كُلِّ سَاعَةٍ]
