٩٩٩ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَلَا يَحِلُّ أَكْلُ الْهُدْهُدِ، وَلَا الصُّرَدِ، وَلَا الضِّفْدَعِ، لِنَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - عَنْ قَتْلِهَا، كَمَا ذَكَرْنَا قَبْلُ. [مَسْأَلَة مَا أَمْكَنَ أَنْ يُذَكَّى مِمَّا لَمْ يُفَصَّلْ تَحْرِيمُهُ]
