(وَيَجُوزُ لَهُمْ بَيْعُ الْخَمْرِ وَالْخِنْزِيرِ) لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ أَعَزِّ الْأَمْوَالِ عِنْدَهُمْ، وَقَدْ أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نَتْرُكَهُمْ وَمَا يَدِينُونَ، يُؤَيِّدُهُ قَوْلُ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ -: وَلَهُمْ بَيْعَهَا.
