قَالَ: (وَتَبْطُلُ الْمُضَارَبَةُ بِمَوْتِ الْمُضَارِبِ وَبِمَوْتِ رَبِّ الْمَالِ) ; لِأَنَّهَا وَكَالَةٌ وَأَنَّهَا تَبْطُلُ بِالْمَوْتِ لِمَا مَرَّ. قَالَ: (وَبِرِدَّةِ رَبِّ الْمَالِ وَلَحَاقِهِ مُرْتَدًّا) ; لِأَنَّهُ مَوْتٌ حُكْمًا عَلَى مَا عُرِفَ
