قَالَ: (فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا وَإِلَّا تَصَدَّقَ بِهَا إِنْ شَاءَ) إِيصَالًا لِلْحَقِّ إِلَى مُسْتَحِقِّهِ بِقَدْرِ الْإِمْكَانِ ; لِأَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ إِيصَالُهُ إِلَى مَالِكِهِ صُورَةً وَمَعْنًى،

فَإِذَا تَعَذَّرَتِ الصُّورَةُ يُوَصِّلُهُ إِلَيْهِ مَعْنًى وَهُوَ الثَّوَابُ.
