وَهَذَا إِذا ولدت قبل الْقِسْمَة فَإِن ولدت بعد الْقِسْمَة فَهُوَ للْمُوصى لَهُ

"هذا إذا ولدت قبل القسمة، فإن ولدت بعد القسمة فهو للموصى له" لأنه نماء خالص ملكه لتقرر ملكه فيه بعد القسمة. [
