"وإذا أضافه إلى شرط وقع عقيب الشرط مثل أن يقول لامرأته إن دخلت الدار فأنت طالق" وهذا بالاتفاق لأن الملك قائم في الحال والظاهر بقاؤه إلى وقت وجود الشرط فيصح يمينا أو إيقاعا
