قال: "فإن جاء صاحبها وإلا تصدق بها" إيصالا للحق إلى المستحق وهو واجب بقدر الإمكان وذلك بإيصال عينها عند الظفر بصاحبها وإيصال العوض وهو الثواب على اعتبار إجازة التصدق بها وإن شاء أمسكها رجاء الظفر بصاحبها.
