قال: "وإذا وكله ببيع عبد فباع نصفه جاز عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله" ؛ لأن اللفظ مطلق عن قيد الافتراق والاجتماع؛ ألا ترى أنه لو باع الكل بثمن النصف يجوز عنده فإذا باع النصف به أولى
