قال: "ومن أقر بشرط الخيار بطل الشرط" لأن الخيار للفسخ والإخبار لا يحتمله "ولزمه المال" لوجود الصيغة الملزمة ولم تنعدم بهذا الشرط الباطل، والله أعلم. باب الاستثناء وما في معناه
