قال: "وإن لم يترك وفاء وترك ولدا مولودا في الكتابة سعى في كتابة أبيه على نجومه فإذا أدى حكمنا بعتق أبيه قبل موته وعتق الولد" لأن الولد داخل في كتابته وكسبه ككسبه فيخلفه في الأداء وصار كما إذا ترك وفاء
