" فَلَوْ ثَبَتَ " هُوَ أَعَمُّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ شَرْطٌ فِي الْبَيْعِ " خِيَارٌ " أَيْ خِيَارُ مَجْلِسٍ أَوْ شَرْطٍ " لِبَائِعٍ " وَلَوْ مَعَ الْمُشْتَرِي " لَمْ تَثْبُتْ " أي الشفعة " إلا بعد لزوم " البيع لِئَلَّا يَنْقَطِعَ خِيَارُ الْبَائِعِ وَلِيَحْصُلَ الْمِلْكُ " أَوْ " ثَبَتَ " لِمُشْتَرٍ فَقَطْ" فِي الْمَبِيعِ " ثَبَتَتْ " أَيْ الشُّفْعَةُ إذْ لَا حَقَّ لِغَيْرِهِ فِي الْخِيَارِ
