" فَإِنْ تَلِفَتْ فِيهَا " أَيْ فِي السِّتَّةِ الْأَشْهُرِ وَلَوْ بِلَا تَقْصِيرٍ " لَمْ تُبْدَلْ أَوْ مَاتَتْ " فِيهَا " لَمْ ترد أو لم تكس مُدَّةً فَدَيْنٌ " عَلَيْهِ بِنَاءً فِي الثَّلَاثَةِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْكِسْوَةَ تَمْلِيكٌ لَا إمْتَاعٌ.
