بَابُ كَيْفِيَّةِ الْقَوَدِ وَالِاخْتِلَافِ فِيهِ وَمُسْتَوْفِيهِ مَعَ مَا يَأْتِي " لَا تُؤْخَذُ " هُوَ لِشُمُولِهِ أَعَمُّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ لَا تُقْطَعُ " يَسَارٌ بِيَمِينٍ وَلَا شَفَةٌ سُفْلَى بِعُلْيَا وَعَكْسُهُمَا " أَيْ يَمِينٌ بِيَسَارٍ وَشَفَةٌ عُلْيَا بِسُفْلَى
