كِتَابُ الْأَشْرِبَةِ وَالتَّعَازِيرِ.

وَالْأَشْرِبَةُ جَمْعُ شَرَابٍ بِمَعْنَى مشروب " كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ " مِنْ خَمْرٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ " حَرُمَ تَنَاوُلُهُ " وَإِنْ قَلَّ وَلَمْ يُسْكِرْ لآية: {إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ} ١ وَلِخَبَرِ الصَّحِيحَيْنِ " كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ" وَخَبَرُ مُسْلِمٍ " كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ خَمْرٌ وَكُلُّ خَمْرٍ حَرَامٌ"
