(وتحرم) الوصية وفى الاقناع وقيل تكره وهو الأولى اختاره جمع انتهى (ممن يرثه غير أحد الزوجين بأكثر من الثلث لأجنبى، أو) أى تحرم (لوارث بشئ) نصا قل أو كثر فى صحة أو مرض.
