(وَكَذَا إقْرَارُ وَارِثٍ) بِأَنَّ مُوَرِّثَهُ أَعْتَقَ هَذَا لَا بَلْ هَذَا، فَيَعْتِقَانِ لِمَا يَأْتِي فِي الطَّلَاقِ
